What we do...
Despite hurricanes, a pandemic, and even an earthquake we have been consistently maintaining the 642 acre areas of Punta Borinquen on a monthly basis since July of 2013. We, along with our subcontracted workers and collaborators, are currently responsible for all of the maintenance of the area that corresponds to the areas of Survival Beach to Wilderness Beach . This includes trimming & mowing and biweekly trash pickup.
In addition to the physical improvements of the area and manual labor, we also host an array of different community events. We also sponsor monthly FREE yoga for the first Saturday of the month, monthly community meetings, and RPBQN Experiences educational seminars the last Friday of the month. For more information see the "News and Events" tab.

Punta Borinquen Bridge
One of our first "major projects" was to restore the original bridge to Punta Borinquen Beach. We teamed up with Alejandro Proskauer-Valaerio for his Eagle Scout project in spring of 2016. After hurricane damage, we revamped the bridge to make it more resilient by reinforcing and elevating the base and making it wider for better accessibility. This was an additional investment of $7,500.

RPBQN: Experiencias. Permanezca atento a futuras experiencias

Last but not least, we were invited to represent the nonprofit in the NY PR Day Parade on June 9, 2024!
